Venlafaxiine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on May 21, 2008. Female patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Venlafaxiine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delirium, infection , mental status changes, serotonin syndrome. Venlafaxiine dosage: 75 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, METHADONE, OLANZAPINE, BUPROPION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
