Velosef side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 03, 2007. Male patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Velosef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. Velosef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOTON, VANCOMYCIN, OMEPRAZOLE, CLEXANE, DIFENE, INNOHEP, FUCIDINE CAP, FLAGYL. Patient died on 07/09/2007.
