After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: toxic epidermal necrolysis. Velosef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOTON, VANCOMYCIN, OMEPRAZOLE, CLEXANE, DIFENE, INNOHEP, FUCIDINE CAP, FLAGYL. Patient died on 07/09/2007.
