Male patient, child 11 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, postoperative ileus, tracheostomy. Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE BISMUTH, CARBAMAZEPINE, PHENOBARBITAL, MIDAZOLAM, LIDOCAINE, ISOFLURANE, FENTANYL, THIOPENTAL. Patient recovered.
