Vecuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Aug 19, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with sedation and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: body temperature increased, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic function abnormal, infection . Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, DOPAMINE, ISOPRENALINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, failure to anastomose, haemorrhage, hepatic function abnormal, hyperglycaemia, hyperkalaemia, metabolic acidosis, neuromuscular block prolonged. Vecuronium dosage: 0.1 MG/KG ONCE/NI/0.2 MG/KG ONCE, INTRAVENSOUS (NOS). During the same period patient was treated with VECURONIUM BROMIDE, THIOPENTAL, FENTANYL, NITROUS OXIDE W, ENFLURANE, ATROPINE, NEOSTIGMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
