Vecuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from INDIA on Jan 13, 2009. Male patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia, maintenance of anaesthesia and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram st-t change, haemodynamic instability, metabolic acidosis, peritoneal dialysis, renal impairment, supraventricular extrasystoles, tumour lysis syndrome. Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THIOPENTAL, FENTANYL CITRATE, OXYGEN, NITROUS OXIDE, ISOFLURANE. Patient recovered.

Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THIOPENTAL, FENTANYL, OXYGEN, NITROUS OXIDE, ISOFLURANE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with gastric operation and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, anuria, cardiac arrest , haemodynamic instability, hypercalcaemia, hypertension, hyperthermia malignant, respiratory disorder, tachycardia. Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, FENTANYL CITRATE, DIAZEPAM, CEFAZOLIN, RANITIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DESFLURANE, METFORMIN, GLIBENCLAMIDE. Patient died.

Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOFLURANE, FENTANYL. Patient recovered.

Vecuronium dosage: 5 MG, ONCE, INTRAVENOUS (NOS). During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, PROPOFOL, NITROUS OXIDE W, OXYGEN, SEVOFLURANE. Patient recovered.
