Vecuronium and cardiac failure Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Vecuronium Side Effects Report #5009928-5
Vecuronium side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 05, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with life support and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, blood pressure decreased, bronchitis , cardiac failure, cardiomegaly, cholestasis, condition aggravated. Vecuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE, PAZUFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with intubation, tracheostomy and was treated with Vecuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, haemoptysis, infection , lung disorder, myopathy, quadriplegia. Vecuronium dosage: 4 MG ONCE/4 MG ONCE/8 MG ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, BAKTAR, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Vecuronium dosage: 4 MG ONCE/5 MG ONCE/8 MG ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, BAKTAR, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, trismus. Vecuronium dosage: 4 MG, INTRAVENOUS NOS. During the same period patient was treated with KETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, trismus. Vecuronium dosage: 4 MG. During the same period patient was treated with KETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died.
