Vectibix Side Effects Report #5276964-3
Vectibix side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 21, 2007. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 161.2 lb, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer  and was treated with Vectibix. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, gastritis, haematochezia, malignant neoplasm progression, melaena, stomach discomfort. Vectibix dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, DURAGESIC, MS CONTIN, OXYCODONE, PROCRIT, ZOFRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/26/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with OXALIPLATIN, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, FLUOROURACIL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DURAGESIC, PROPOFOL, PRIMPERAN, IMOVANE, LANSOYL, ZOFRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ZOFRAN, DURAGESIC, PROPOFOL, PRIMPERAN, IMOVANE, LANSOYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, hypomagnesaemia, mucosal inflammation, nausea , no therapeutic response. Vectibix dosage: 360 MG EVERY 2 WEEKS IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with FOLFOX. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROCRIT, ZOFRAN. Patient recovered.
