Female patient, weighting 232.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Vasotec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, blood pressure increased, dizziness , mental impairment, tremor. Vasotec dosage: (2.5 MG QD ORAL). Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, bundle branch block left, constipation , decreased appetite, dilatation ventricular, ejection fraction decreased, myocardial ischaemia, tremor, weight increased. Vasotec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, ELAVIL, HYDROXYZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PROPRANOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN W, CALCIUM CHLORIDE, POTASSIUM ACETATE. Patient recovered.
