. Vantin dosage: 400 MG (200 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, DILANTIN, COUMADIN, TOPROL, NORVASC, TEGRETOL, ZOCOR, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient recovered.
