Male patient, 81 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with disease recurrence, prostate cancer  and was treated with Vantas. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device migration, failure of implant. Vantas dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
