Vancomycine side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Nov 23, 2007. Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with erysipelas, febrile bone marrow aplasia, urinary tract infection
and was treated with Vancomycine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rash maculo-papular, rash scarlatiniform. Vancomycine dosage: 500 MG; TWICE A DAY; INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FORTUM, CIFLOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
