Vancomycin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Dec 27, 2004. Male patient, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection staphylococcal and was treated with Vancomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: infection , lymphocyte stimulation test positive, pancytopenia, stevens-johnson syndrome. Vancomycin dosage: 500 MG/4 OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with BAKTAR, FLOMOX, UNASYN. Patient died on 02/01/2003.
