Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, cerebrovascular accident, hypothyroidism, pain  and was treated with Valsartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, confusional state, hyperkalaemia, psychogenic pain disorder, renal failure acute. Valsartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, NAFTIDROFURYL, ALLOPURINOL, LOXEN, PREVISCAN, LEVOTHYROX, PRAVASTATINE, ARICEPT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
