Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Valsartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, pulmonary fibrosis , staphylococcal infection . Valsartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORDARONE, FOSAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
