Valproic side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Mar 02, 2009. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with syncope and was treated with Valproic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradykinesia, bradyphrenia, cognitive disorder, condition aggravated, disorientation, disturbance in attention, hypertonia, hypophonesis, hyporeflexia. Valproic dosage: 500 MG;. During the same period patient was treated with DONEPEZIL. Patient recovered.

Valproic dosage: 375 MG, QD, ORAL : 250 MG, TID : 1500 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE, SERTRALINE, LOPINAVIR W, AZITHROMYCIN, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE, TRAZODONE, LAMIVUDINE AND ZIDOVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
