After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, ammonia increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, dizziness , hepatotoxicity, lethargy, liver function test abnormal. Valproic dosage: 250MG TID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
