Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with post-traumatic epilepsy and was treated with Valproate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, hyponatraemia, hypotension, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Valproate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
