After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac arrest , convulsion, fatigue, headache , nausea , respiratory arrest, syncope. Valium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, PERCOCET, VYTORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
