Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with sedation, prophylaxis, pain prophylaxis and was treated with Valium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac arrest , convulsion, fatigue, headache , nausea , respiratory arrest, syncope. Valium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, PERCOCET, VYTORIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
