During the same period patient was treated with AZITHROMYCIN HYDRATE, PENTAMIDINE ISETHIONATE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, ATOVAQUONE, MICAFUNGIN, ANTIBIOTIC NOS, ESANBUTOL, CEFEPIME. Patient died on 09/17/2005.
