Valganciclovir side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 14, 2005. Female patient was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection , prophylaxis and was treated with Valganciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, nausea . Valganciclovir dosage: 450 MG QOD. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, BACTRIM, VALTREX, VELCADE, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/17/2005.
