Valganciclovir side effect was reported by a Physician from SWITZERLAND on June 07, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant, cytomegalovirus infection  and was treated with Valganciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: c-reactive protein increased, contusion, cystitis, cytomegalovirus infection , demyelination, diabetes mellitus, fall , fatigue. Valganciclovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CERTICAN, MYFORTIC, NEORAL, PREDNISONE, CYMEVENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
