Valcyte Side Effects Report #5718206-8
Valcyte side effect was reported by a Physician from MEXICO on Apr 16, 2008. Male patient, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection , immunosuppression, hypertension and was treated with Valcyte. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, cerebrovascular accident, sepsis , transplant rejection. Valcyte dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONA, TACROLIMUS, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/25/2008.
