Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with viral infection  and was treated with Valacyclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, extrapyramidal disorder, hyperkalaemia, hyponatraemia, motor dysfunction. Valacyclovir dosage: 500MG THREE TIMES PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, ANAFRANIL, FLECAINIDE ACETATE, DIANTALVIC, SYMBICORT, ANDROTARDYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
