Female patient, weighting 167.0 lb, was diagnosed with vulvovaginal dryness, atrophic vulvovaginitis, premenstrual syndrome , menorrhagia and was treated with Vagifem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metastases to bone. Vagifem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRADERM, PROVERA, AYGESTIN, PREMPRO. Patient recovered.
