Utrogestan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Mar 31, 2008. Female patient, 24 years of age, weighting 155.4 lb, was diagnosed with haemorrhage, menorrhagia and was treated with Utrogestan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abortion spontaneous, haemorrhage, menstrual disorder, nausea , ovarian cyst , premature separation of placenta. Utrogestan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DACTIL, METHERGINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
