Ursodiol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Dec 07, 2006. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with liver disorder and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic function abnormal. Ursodiol dosage: 300 MG, PO. During the same period patient was treated with COSPANON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis c , diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, insomnia and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, cough, erythema, hepatic function abnormal, hypersensitivity, interstitial lung disease, rash , rash papular. Ursodiol dosage: 600 MG. During the same period patient was treated with EUGLUCON, ROHYPNOL, BASEN, NORVASC, QUINAPRIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, biliary cirrhosis primary, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, disease progression, hepatic function abnormal, jaundice . Ursodiol dosage: 600 MG, 900 MG, PO. During the same period patient was treated with CHOLEBINE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, MUCOSTA, ALOSEEN, BEZATOL, STRONGER NEO MINOPHAGEN C, LIPITOR, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
