After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, hepatic failure, liver transplant . Ursodiol dosage: 13-15 MG/KG/DAY. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcoholic liver disease, ascites, hepatic failure, life support, prothrombin time shortened, treatment noncompliance. Ursodiol dosage: 600 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMINO ACID PREPARATIONS HEPATIC INSUFFICIENCY. Patient died.
