Ursodiol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 20, 2008. Female patient, 97 years of age, weighting 95.02 lb, was diagnosed with cholelithiasis and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood chloride increased, blood sodium increased, dehydration, overdose, urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection. Ursodiol dosage: 1200 MG, BID, ORAL; 600 MG, BID, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ursodiol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on June 27, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with biliary cirrhosis primary and was treated with Ursodiol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urea increased, cardiac failure acute, dehydration, diarrhoea. Ursodiol dosage: 300 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with THIATON, OMEPRAZOLE, RIZE, BUSCOPAN, NAUZELIN, PAXIL, COLIOPAN. Patient died on 03/15/2003.
