Urso side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 18, 2007. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with jaundice , gastric ulcer and was treated with Urso. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: interstitial lung disease, palpitations, pleural effusion. Urso dosage: 300MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with LANSOPRAZOLE, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, FLIVAS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatic cirrhosis, alcohol poisoning, alcoholism  and was treated with Urso. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, convulsion, flushing, loss of consciousness, palpitations, subarachnoid haemorrhage. Urso dosage: 300 MG/DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with CYANAMIDE WF, CYANAMIDE WF, ALLOPURINOL, LASIX, ALDACTONE A, ARICEPT. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with LANSOPRAZOLE, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, FLIVAS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, insomnia, palpitations. Urso dosage: 600 MG/DAY, 900 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAS, MUCOSTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, gastritis, palpitations, post procedural complication. Urso dosage: 600 MG/DAY; 900 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with EPAS, MUCOSTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
