After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, liver disorder, lymphocyte stimulation test positive, off label use. Urso dosage: 600 MG/DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with EBASTEL, HICEE, FAMOTIDINE, LAC B. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
