Urso side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Mar 28, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with portal vein thrombosis, gastric cancer, hyperuricaemia and was treated with Urso. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alveolitis, asthma , dehydration, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, lymphocyte stimulation test positive, pneumonitis, portal vein thrombosis. Urso dosage: 600 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FURTULON, ALLOPURINOL, FLUOROURACIL, METHOTREXATE, CEFAMEZIN ALPHA, CEREKINON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alveolitis, asthma , idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, jaundice cholestatic, lymphocyte stimulation test positive, pneumonitis, portal vein thrombosis. Urso dosage: 300 MG ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOROURACIL, METHOTREXATE, CEFAMEZIN ALPHA, MINOCYCLINE, DOCETAXEL HYDRATE, FURTULON, WARFARIN, ALDACTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with cholelithiasis, hypertension and was treated with Urso. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: allergic granulomatous angiitis, asthma , cerebral infarction, cough, haematuria, hypersensitivity, hypoalbuminaemia, hypoglobulinaemia, immune complex level increased. Urso dosage: 200 MG/DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, ASPIRIN, MUCODYNE, UNIPHYL, CLARITIN, SINGULAIR, INTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , cerebral infarction, hypertension, lymphocyte stimulation test positive, rhinitis allergic, tubulointerstitial nephritis, vasculitis . Urso dosage: 200 MG/DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, KETOPROFEN, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, MUCODYNE, UNIPHYL, CLARITIN, SINGULAIR, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
