Urbanyl side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on July 30, 2008. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with epilepsy  and was treated with Urbanyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, neutropenia, pancytopenia, thrombocytopenia. Urbanyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOVENOX, DEPAKENE, LOXEN, OFLOXACINE, TRIFLUCAN, TRIATEC, INSULATARD, ZANIDIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Urbanyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, coma, hypoxia, pancytopenia, self-induced vomiting. Urbanyl dosage: 20 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRANXENE, MEPRONIZINE, NOCTRAN, NORSET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/20/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, aspiration, coma, hypoxia, pancytopenia, self-induced vomiting. Urbanyl dosage: 20 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRANXENE, MEPRONIZINE, NOCTRAN, NORSET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/20/2005.
