After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, arrhythmia , myocardial infarction. Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN. Patient died on 03/28/2007.
