After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , face oedema, loss of consciousness. Unasyn dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, loss of consciousness, sepsis , staphylococcal infection , systemic candida, ventricular fibrillation. Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRODIF, IRINOTECAN, FLUOROURACIL, MEROPENEM, PAZUFLOXACIN, CIPROFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/23/2005.
