Unasyn side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 16, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection bacterial and was treated with Unasyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, disseminated intravascular coagulation, rash , sepsis . Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FIRSTCIN, LASIX, TENORMIN, LAXOBERON, ALLOPURINOL, CEFOTIAM HYDROCHLORIDE, CARBENIN. Patient died on 10/13/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, cardiac failure, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic function abnormal. Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FULCALIQ, FAMOTIDINE. Patient died on 05/28/2005.

Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE, PRINK, VASOLATOR, SALIPEX, PROCYLIN, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Unasyn dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CACO, SENNAPUR, DILATREND, LIPITOR, ASPIRIN, LASIX, SIGMART. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
