Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with shoulder pain, neck pain, stress  and was treated with Ultram. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: homicidal ideation, nightmare, suicidal ideation. Ultram dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, NEURONTIN, HYDROCODONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
