After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, breath odour, decreased appetite, diarrhoea, dizziness , hallucination, hyperhidrosis, nausea , nightmare. Ultram dosage: 100 MG, 1 IN 6 HOUR, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, LEVOTHYROXINE, CALCIUM SUPPLEMENT. Patient recovered.
