Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 205.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain management, arthralgia and was treated with Ultram. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic arteriosclerosis, arthralgia, bursitis , cerebral infarction, depression , diaphragmatic hernia, dyspnoea, embolism, emotional distress. Ultram dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
