After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hallucination, visual, irritability, neurotoxicity, serotonin syndrome, somnolence. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, AMBIEN, VYTORIN. Patient recovered.
