Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on July 25, 2006. Female patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: multi-organ failure. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HARTMANN SOLN, VENTUS, GALEXIN, DICKNOL, DERIBROIN, STILLEN, UNIZYME, AMARYL. Patient died on 07/24/2006.
