After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , loss of consciousness, oculogyric crisis. Ultracet dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , dyspepsia, headache , loss of consciousness, nausea , stomach discomfort. Ultracet dosage: 37.5MG + 325MG.. Patient recovered.
