Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Mar 28, 2006. Male patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with post-traumatic pain, gastritis and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , hypotension, nausea , shock. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALMAGEL, ANTIMODIC, DEPAS, TAGATIN, UNIDON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from INDIA on Oct 06, 2006. Male patient, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with musculoskeletal pain, panic attack and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall , hypotension, pulse abnormal, syncope. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
