Ultracet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 20, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 66.14 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Ultracet. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/09/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation . Ultracet dosage: ACETAMINOPHEN 325MG AND TRAMADOL HCL 37.5MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
