Ultracet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 25, 2005. Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide. Ultracet dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/19/2005.

Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 07, 2005. Female patient, 21 years of age, was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOBENZAPRINE, AMITRIPTYLINE, TIZANIDINE, ROFECOXIB, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
