Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 04, 2005. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , cerebrovascular accident, diabetic neuropathy, dizziness , prescribed overdose, sensory disturbance, transient ischaemic attack. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, VIOXX, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

Ultracet side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 17, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, blood cholesterol increased, cerebrovascular accident, chest pain , dysphagia, intermittent claudication, pain in extremity, pulmonary embolism . Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, AMBIEN, OXYCONTIN, MS CONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
