Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 250.0 lb, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , amnesia, anxiety , asthenia, blood pressure fluctuation, chills, cold sweat, confusional state. Ultracet dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with breakthrough pain and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, convulsion, headache , hypersensitivity, visual acuity reduced. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DURAGESIC, FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
