Ultracet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on Feb 05, 2009. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, depression , fear, overdose, pain . Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALIUM, NEURONTIN. Patient recovered.

Ultracet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 21, 2008. Male patient, 40 years of age, was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, mental status changes, overdose, serotonin syndrome. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, BENZODIAZEPINES. Patient recovered.
