Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 250.0 lb, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome and was treated with Ultracet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , amnesia, anxiety , asthenia, blood pressure fluctuation, chills, cold sweat, confusional state. Ultracet dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , conjunctival hyperaemia, dysphagia, face oedema, faeces discoloured. Ultracet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, PROPAFENONE. Patient recovered.
