Ultra Side Effects Report #5388740-1
Ultra side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 27, 2007. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac stress test and was treated with Ultra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , condition aggravated, dyspnoea, fatigue, pleural effusion, pneumonia , tachycardia, weight decreased. Ultra dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THALLOUS CHLORIDE TL, GABAPENTIN, CARBAMAZEPINE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ARICEPT, ADVAIR DISKUS, NAMENDA, CENTRUM SILVER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/23/2007.
